Pediatrics

From routine check-ups to specialty care coordination, we provide parents peace of mind through a truly personalized approach.

Heritage Medical Associates Pediatricians focus on comprehensive care from birth through young adulthood. Our pediatricians and staff work closely with families as a team, offering not only healthcare but support and education for any challenges that might arise, as well as coordinating with other specialists and facilities as needed.

Our dedicated team offers a wide range of services including preventive care, well-baby/well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations and vaccinations, sports physicals, special needs, acute care, diagnostic and treatment services, prenatal consultations and health screenings. We invite you to tour our facilities, meet our physicians and nursing staff, and ask questions in order to make an informed, confident choice for your child’s care.

My Child is Sick, What Now?

We've created a guide to help you understand your child's medical symptoms and diagnoses to identify the proper care path. Addressing symptoms properly can assist in a faster recovery and even save your child's life. Depending on the severity of your child's symptoms, you'll be instructed to care for your child at home, contact your physician, or go to the Emergency Room.

After Hours Care

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It's our mission to be there for patients when they need us.

We realize you have many options for after-hours care. However, we think continuity of care through your primary medical provider, who is most familiar with your child’s history, is always the best choice. We do not recommend using retail-based health clinics; although convenient, we believe your Heritage Medical Associates team is able to provide higher quality, more informed service with no disruption in the continuum of care.

In the event you need urgent care outside office hours, you can access your pediatrician by calling their phone number. We will return your call within 30 minutes to address your child’s problem. If necessary, we will meet you at the office or direct you to the appropriate emergency facility. If you haven’t heard back from us in 30 minutes, please call again in case of an error in our notification system.

We encourage that non-urgent concerns be discussed during the daytime when the office is open so that we can provide prompt care both in person and over the phone.
