Heritage Medical Associates participates with all major insurance plans including BlueCross BlueShield Tennessee Network E, P and S, Bright Health, Oscar (Tennessee Individual Plan) and Cigna Connect/IFP (Cigna-Oscar). These plans generally require a deductible be met. If it is confirmed, at the time of a non-preventative visit, that the deductible has not been met, a payment of no less than $100.00 will be required.
