The IT Field Support Technician will handle the installation and maintenance of company software, workstations, and related systems, ensuring smooth operations across locations. Accounting

Location: Downtown Nashville

This role provides essential support in the Business Office for the Digestive Disease Endoscopy Center (DDEC) and Ambulatory Surgery Center. Responsibilities include operative coding, preparing and submitting charges for both professional and facility services, and posting insurance payments to the practice management system. You will also communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing status and inquiries.
