Gynecology and Obstetrics

This position provides professional nursing care; assists the provider with patient care. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care rendered to patients with routine, urgent or potential health problems.

This position is a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with the Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role provides direct supervision of clinical and front office staff while also supporting patient flow, staff training, quality initiatives, and daily operational needs to include providing hands-on support and coverage when needed.

Allergy

Location: Mt. Juliet

This position is a member of the patient care delivery team and may perform clinical and administrative duties within scope of state laws and regulations. The Allergy Specialist reports to the Department Manager. A dedicated Allergy Specialist is assigned to a specific practice. A float Allergy Specialist may float across practices and/or sites based on clinic needs.

Float

Location: St. Thomas West

The Medical Receptionist is responsible for all aspects of the front desk. The Medical Receptionist must effectively and professionally manage patient flow from arrival to departure; perform various clerical duties; interacts with other clinic personnel, patients and visitors, and fellow employees to ensure good internal and public relations. Medical Receptionist handles incoming calls, checks in patients according to established protocol for that office. Medical Receptionist will also schedule appointments, along with other phone duties as required.

Location: Downtown Nashville

This position is responsible for covering vacancies throughout HMA—assigned to a specific location and remote site. In this role, you'll handle a mix of clerical, administrative, and clinical tasks, working within the scope allowed by Tennessee state law. You may be assigned to a specific clinic or provider or float between locations based on business needs. Success in this position requires strong collaboration skills with physicians, providers, teammates, patients, and the public, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

This position will involve direct patient interaction, assisting with procedures, and collaborating with our clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and quality care.
