About

Dr. Heather Maune was born in Manchester, Tennessee. She earned her undergraduate degree from Salem College in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and worked in research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for three years before attending medical school.

Dr. Maune earned her medical degree from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine. She then completed her residency and served as Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Dr. Maune enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, Henry and George, traveling, music and photography.
