About

Dr. Sean Casey grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he graduated with honors with a degree in psychology. He then returned to Arkansas where he completed medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Casey completed his internal medicine residency at Vanderbilt University in 2007. After spending several years as a staff physician at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, he started an Internal Medicine practice at our Green Hills location.

Dr. Casey is board certified from the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. He has an interest in preventative medicine and health maintenance.

In addition to spending time with his wife and four children, Dr. Casey enjoys traveling, hiking, running and swimming.
