David McMillen, M.D.

About

Dr. McMillen grew up in Nashville and joined Heritage Medical Associates in 2005. He went to medical school at the University of Texas. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Michigan, where he trained in advanced endoscopy. Dr. McMillen is board certified in Gastroenterology. He enjoys treating the whole spectrum of outpatient gastrointestinal disorders, performing colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, capsule endoscopy and Bravo capsule placement. He has served in many leadership positions within HMA, and in the Nashville community at large. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, traveling and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
