About

Dr. Carter sees children and adults in her asthma, allergy, and immunology specialty. She received her Doctor of Medicine from New York University and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Carter then completed a residency in Pediatrics at Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC, and her fellowship in Allergy Immunology at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. She is board-certified in Allergy & Immunology and Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology. In her spare time, Dr. Carter enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband and three children.
