As of March 23, our Mt. Juliet North pediatric office is moving to the Mt. Juliet Office. The Mt. Juliet Office is located at 325 Old Pleasant Grove Road in Mt. Juliet behind the At Home store and Academy Sports.
Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible. Our office hours and phone number will remain the same. If you have an appointment with one of the Mt. Juliet North physicians listed below on or after Monday, March 23, or if you're scheduled for a Saturday appointment after March 23, we look forward to seeing you in our new space on the 3rd floor of the Mt. Juliet Office.
