Heritage Women’s Center
Location: Downtown Nashville
The Department Manager for the Women’s Health Center plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations across multiple physician practices within the scope of women’s health services—including obstetrics, gynecology, and urogynecology. This position reports directly to the Director of Clinic Operations and serves as the primary liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and administration. In addition to managing departmental operations, the Department Manager may serve in a support role for other clinic managers during absences or emergencies and may occasionally participate in clinical staffing if needed.
Internal Medicine
Location: St. Thomas West
This position performs routine clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope allowed for TN state law. This position may be assigned to a specific clinic/provider and/or float to various clinics/providers based on business needs and must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with physicians, providers, fellow team members, patients, and the general public in the performance of all job duties. In addition to the duties listed below, the MA may be required to perform other related duties as requested/assigned at a level that meets and/or exceeds HMA expectations.
Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
Location: Grassland
This position supports patient care by performing clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse under Tennessee state law. The RN may be assigned to a specific clinic or provider or may float between locations based on operational needs. Success in this role requires working collaboratively and professionally with physicians, providers, team members, patients, and the public. In addition to the duties listed below, the RN may be asked to take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team and meet HMA standards.
Gastroenterology
Location: Westgate Office, Building 2
This position supports patient care by performing clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse under Tennessee state law. The RN may be assigned to a specific clinic or provider or may float between locations based on operational needs. Success in this role requires working collaboratively and professionally with physicians, providers, team members, patients, and the public. In addition to the duties listed below, the RN may be asked to take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team and meet HMA standards.
Diagnostic Imaging
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position provides professional imaging care. Assist the Radiologist with exams, correlates different exams with other technicians.
Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
Location: Westgate Office, Building 1
This position performs routine clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope allowed for TN state law. The MA may be assigned to a specific clinic or provider or may float between locations based on business needs. Success in this role requires professionalism and the ability to work effectively with providers, team members, patients, and the public. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the team and meet HMA standards. The MA must be customer-focused and committed to fostering a culture aligned with HMA’s mission, vision, and values, while upholding all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party payer requirements.
