Otolaryngology (ENT)
Location: Brentwood
As an LPN in our Otolaryngology (ENT) department, you will be an integral part of the patient care team, providing essential support to our physicians while ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will have the opportunity to work with patients in a variety of settings and participate in a wide range of clinical procedures.
Urogynecology
Location: Downtown Nashville
The Clinical Scheduler is responsible for effectively and professionally managing patient flow from arrival to departure; performing various clerical duties; deals with other clinic personnel, patients and visitors, and fellow employees to ensure good internal and public relations. Handles incoming calls, schedules appointments, returns calls from patients, calls in prescriptions/changes as well as other phone responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
Gynecology and Obstetrics
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position delivers professional nursing care and supports the provider in managing patient needs during visits. It involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with routine, urgent, or potential health concerns to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
Location: Downtown Nashville
This position performs routine clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope allowed for TN state law. This position may be assigned to a specific clinic/provider and/or float to various clinics/providers based on business needs and must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with physicians, providers, fellow team members, patients, and the general public in the performance of all job duties. In addition to the duties listed below, the MA may be required to perform other related duties as requested/assigned at a level that meets and/or exceeds HMA expectations.
Laboratory
Location: Hermitage
This position is responsible for the performance and management of laboratory testing in a CLIA waived physician office lab setting with strict adherence to the manufacturer directions while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Laboratory testing encompasses, equipment maintenance, testing of quality control material, processing and testing of patient samples, recording/resulting accurate data onto manual log sheets and into the laboratory information system and preparing samples for transport and maintaining stability requirements. Periodic checks such the management and monitoring of equipment temperatures are required. Troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting issues related to equipment performance, patient results, reagent stability, and quality control data are required of this position. Inventory management and monitoring of par levels is required along with maintaining adequate laboratory supplies. Receipt and proper storage of clinic vaccinations is required. The individual serving in this position must demonstrate the ability to multitask while working collaboratively and effectively with physicians, providers, fellow team members, patients, and the public in the performance of all job duties.
Pediatrics
Location: Green Hills
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for all aspects of the front desk. The Medical Receptionist must effectively and professionally manage patient flow from arrival to departure; perform various clerical duties; interacts with other clinic personnel, patients and visitors, and fellow employees to ensure good internal and public relations. Medical Receptionist handles incoming calls, checks in patients according to established protocol for that office. Medical Receptionist will also schedule appointments, along with other phone duties as required.
Urogynecology
Location: Mt. Juliet
This position performs routine clerical, administrative, and clinical duties within the scope allowed for TN state law while supporting providers in our Gynecology and Obstetrics specialty. The Medical Assistant works collaboratively and effectively with physicians, providers, fellow team members, patients, and the public in the performance of all job duties.
