Dr. Baggott was born in Houston and grew up outside of Chicago before moving to Germantown, Tennessee where she went to High School. Dr. Baggott attended Vanderbilt University and graduate Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Psychology/Neuroscience. She then moved to New Orleans where she graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine.
