About

Dr. Julie Wittwer attended DePauw University in Indiana, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and played four years of varsity tennis. She then attended medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, where she received additional honors for her leadership and dedication to serving the Detroit community. She completed her pediatric residency at Vanderbilt and stayed an additional year to serve as chief resident. Outside of work, Dr. Wittwer loves being outdoors, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. Being a pediatrician is her dream job and she loves partnering with families to care for children from birth all the way through college.
