Dr. Bailes has been in Pediatric practice in the Nashville area since 2005, and joined Heritage Medical Associates in July, 2008. Dr. Bailes was a Singletary Fellow at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine graduating with Honors in 2002. She went on to complete her Pediatric residency training at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Dr. Dykstra started her practice in the Nashville area in the fall of 2001 and joined Heritage Medical Associates in August 2009. She is from Griffin, GA and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi with a major in Biology. She returned to Georgia for medical school at the Medical College of Georgia and completed her Pediatric residency training at Vanderbilt in 2001.

Dr. Larry Klinsky received his undergraduate training at the University of Illinois before attending Vanderbilt University for medical school. He completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at Northwestern University at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He started a private practice in Nashville shortly thereafter before joining Heritage Medical Associates in 1997. He has been in Green Hills since he started the pediatrics department of Heritage Medical Associates with Dr. Robert Mallard and has seen it grow from just two to eight pediatricians. Dr. Mukundan has practiced Pediatrics in Nashville since 1997. He married his wife, Celeste, in 1994 and has three children, Chathan, Chloe, and Luke. Dr. Seethaler was born and raised in Manchester, New Hampshire. He graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in biochemistry.
