The following changes will go into effect at our Mt. Juliet North, Hermitage and Lebanon Pediatrics offices as of May 1, 2023:
Self-Scheduling
We are pleased to again offer self-scheduling for established patients for same-day sick visits and well child checkups. Scheduling for sick visits will be available after midnight on the day of the visit. To schedule an appointment, please click the link on your physician’s page (to find your physician’s page, visit the Find a Provider page and search by your physician’s last name) starting May 1.
No Show Policy
To ensure that we can continue providing high quality care in a timely manner, we are going to begin monitoring missed appointments and enforcing our No Show policy. Effective May 1, any established patient who cancels an appointment within 1 hour of the appointment time or fails to come to their appointment will be considered a No Show and charged a $25 fee*. If a patient incurs 3 No Shows within a 12-month period, they may be dismissed from the practice.
Weekend Clinic
Starting May 6, we are combining our Weekend Clinics and will no longer be offering Saturday appointments at our Hermitage Office. We look forward to serving you at our Mt. Juliet North Office, located at 2025 North Mt. Juliet Road, Suite 200, from 8:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.
FollowMyHealth Patient Portal
At your next appointment, we encourage you to sign up for our patient portal, FollowMyHealth, as a proxy for your child. With proxy access to your child’s FollowMyHealth account, you can:
- View your child’s test and lab results
- Request appointments and prescription refills
- Pay your child’s bill
- Send and receive secure messages with your child’s pediatrician
You can create a FollowMyHealth account for your child and register as a proxy while completing your electronic pre-registration paperwork or by asking a front desk receptionist to send you the electronic form.
