Dear Amerigroup Patient,

You may have received a letter from Amerigroup telling you that you have a new TennCare doctor or nurse. This letter was sent in error;  you do not need to change your Primary Care Provider (PCP), and TennCare will continue to pay for you to go to your Heritage Medical Associates PCP.

We have made Amerigroup aware of their error. If you received the letter from Amerigroup, you do not need to do anything to keep your Heritage Medical Associates PCP. We apologize for any confusion and look forward to seeing you at any upcoming appointments.
