Effective January 29, 2024, Dr. Allison Smith will be temporarily relocating her practice while renovating her office.
From Monday, January 29, through mid-April, Dr. Smith will be seeing patients in a temporary office in Midtown Medical Plaza.
Dr. Smith's temporary office, starting January 29, will be located at:

Midtown Medical Plaza is located on the campus of Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. Parking is available in the Plaza Garage, with an entrance off of Hayes Street, between 21st Avenue North and 20th Avenue North (see map below).
Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible. Dr. Smith's temporary office will offer the same services and treatments as her current office. If you have an appointment between January 29 and April 12, we look forward to seeing you at her temporary office. If you have an appointment after April 12, please plan to come to Dr. Smith's current Saint Thomas West office. If the renovation timeline changes, a member of Dr. Smith's team will contact you to let you know.
