  • Must be a self starter with lots of initiative, flexibility and motivation

Requirements:

Requirements:

F/T Medical Assistant—Digestive Disease Center (ENDO)
Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organizational and telephone skills
  • Ability to handle busy Endoscopy center and multi-task
  • Previous nursing experience required
  • Ability to push/pull hospital bed with patient, to and from procedures
  • Computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records helpful
  • Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic and be a team player
  • Must have predictable and consistent attendance

Front Desk Coordinator - Dr. Rand
Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organizational and telephone skills
  • Previous scheduling/reception experience in a very busy physicians office preferred
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Misys, Tiger & electronic medical records helpful
  • Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic and be a team player

F/T Scheduler - Dr. Wierum
Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organizational and telephone skills
  • Previous scheduling experience in a very busy physicians office preferred

F/T Receptionist - Site Floater
Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organizational and phone skills
  • Ability to handle busy front desk for multiple physicians at multiple locations around town
  • Prior knowledge of medical reception, Medicare, and all types of insurance
  • Misys/Tiger system experience helpful
  • Must have reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance
  • Must be flexible, have strong work ethics, and be a team player
  • Must have predictable and consistent attendance

 

Bellevue Location:

F/T MA - Dr. Smith
Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organizational and telephone skills
  • Previous nursing experience preferred
  • Good phlebotomy skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Misys, Tiger & electronic medical records helpful
  • Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic and be a team player
  • Must have predictable and consistent attendance

Green Hills Location:

F/T RN – Dr. Mallard
Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer service, organizational and telephone skills necessary
  • Ability to handle very busy pediatric practice and multi-task
  • Previous pediatric nursing experience required
  • Must be dependable, energetic, detail oriented, have a strong work ethic and be a team player
  • Computer skills helpful
  • Must be a self starter with lots of initiative, flexibility and motivation
  • Must enjoy building long term relationships with children and families
  • Must have predictable and consistent attendance
