About

Elizabeth Tate Lyons, MD is a native of Nashville. Dr. Lyons graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and earned her Medical Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.

She completed her internship and residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City and her fellowship in Rheumatology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in the Bronx, New York. 
Dr. Lyons is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Professional memberships include the American Medical Association and the American College of Rheumatology.

She is also a Certified Clinical Densitometrist.
