About

Dr. Franklin is a board-certified dermatologist and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American Medical Association, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She also participates in some of the local medical societies. She is experienced in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, but spent the majority of her life in Georgia.

She graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in biology. She received her medical degree and completed dermatology residency at the Medical College of Georgia. After practicing in Atlanta for a year, she relocated to Nashville in 2005 with her husband who is working at Vanderbilt. She has been in private practice in Franklin for the past 3 years prior to joining Heritage. Aside from enjoying her work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
